Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not generally accept returns on:

  • Used products

  • Opened products

  • Personalised/custom items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at abarreloflather@gmail.com.

Please note: due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us agreeing to a refund.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received. Royal Mail standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please read ingredient information carefully before use.

Barrel of Lather cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
